ITB No. BZ2309-01HA: Renaissance Residential Project – Re-Roofing Renaissance Family Buildings
Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers (HACFM) is releasing this ITB to replace the roofs at the Renaissance Family Complex in Fort Myers, Florida. Selected bidders will contract directly with the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers (HACFM). Brizo will be responsible for managing the construction aspects of any resulting awards. HACFM will receive electronic submissions of Bids sent to Procurement@hacfm.org on or before December 29, 2025, @ 4:00 P.M. EST.
